Pacific Citizen Reader Survey
The Pacific Citizen is conducting a reader survey to gain a better understanding of the demographics and interests of our readers. Questions will pertain to the newspaper and the Web site. Please note that you may stop participating in the survey or choose not to answer a question at any time.
To begin the survey, click the "Download survey" link below. Adobe Reader will allow you to enter your answers on the form and you will be able to save your answers if you wish to send your response at a later time. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it free from adobe.com.
Once you are finished, click the "Click to Email" button at the end of the survey and you're finished. If you wish to email at a later time, save the file and email to marketing@pacificcitizen.org.
If you are using Preview from Apple, you will need to save the file and then e-mail the survey as an attachment.
